    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Lead multiple, concurrent instructional design projects, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop exceptional online and blended learning experiences in art and design. 
    • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to produce engaging online course content in a variety of media, including: video, audio, graphics, text, and interactive activities. 
    • Develop workshops and resources to promote effective teaching and assist faculty in meeting the needs of diverse learners. 
    • Organize teams to assess and improve the quality of digital learning experiences at MCAD. 
    • Work with team members and other support areas to assist remote art and design faculty and students. 
    • Assist with developing new online initiatives. 
    • Assist with compiling and editing grant applications, marketing content, reports, presentations, and other similar materials. 
    • Demonstrate an enthusiasm for continuous professional development in the field through, for example, participation in conferences; sharing resources, research, and trends with colleagues; experimenting with new teaching tactics and technologies. 
    • Manage time efficiently and communicate effectively, demonstrating with a high degree of professionalism and responsibility. 
    • Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence among online faculty, students, and staff.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Online Learning.
