    Student Membership costs £15 a year during the period of postgraduate study.

    As with standard membership, student members enjoy a range of benefits as well as being entitled to nominate and vote in council elections, held once a year, and attend the Annual General Meeting.

    Students members can apply for a DRS Student Bursary to support their research. Calls for proposals are made annually.

    To be eligible for student membership applicants must provide evidence that they are currently pursuing a post-graduate qualification in a design-related area.

    Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to complete a new student member form.

    Annual Membership
    Membership of the Design Research Society is open to any individual associated with design research in all its forms, from any country, and who supports the aims of the Society.

    Members of the DRS pay an annual membership fee of £45 (GBP).

    Members are entitled to nominate and vote in council elections, held once a year, and to attend the Annual General Meeting.
