Design Decoded 2019

The Merbok and the Bujang Valley are a centre of the earliest historical civilisation which was recognized by UNESCO. A small town filled with historical artefacts remnants, archaeological museums and natural biosphere reserves with the Jerai mountain views are worth visiting for. It is situated 15 to 20 minutes from Sungai Petani, Kedah and the best place for seafood.

THE CONFERENCE

Design Decoded 2019 International Conference On Design Industries And Creative Culture to be held on 19 - 20 June 2019 is organised with the intention of providing a platform for various stakeholders such as policy makers, scholars, academics, and industry practitioners to share ideas, knowledge, expertise, initiative and new innovative research on art and design.

The theme for this conference is "Design Thinking As a New Commodity" and reflected on presentation of scientific studies and poster exhibitions with its main fields of art and design as well as other sub-fields (not limited to) encompassing the areas of Social Science and Humanities, Management and Business, Science and Technology and Education.

Thus, the organisers hope that DESIGN DECODED 2019 will be a key player in the foundation of knowledge sharing and collaborative art-related fields of art and design among the parties involved both locally and globally.

Early Bird registration is on 15 February 2019. Last Payment for participants is on 15 April 2019. In the event of any withdrawal before 25 March 2019, 30% will be charged from the payment made. After 25 March 2019, payment made will not be refunded.

PUBLICATION

All selected research study submitted before or at the end of the submission will be published in the e-proceedings conference.
