The 6th Meeting of Food Design aims to bring together people and entities from academic, cultural, managerial and business spheres, through different expressions and formats, this year under the slogan diversity. It is an opportunity to celebrate and integrate the diversity of people, cultures, approaches, disciplines, geographies and other aspects that make up the rich and complex mosaic that is the Latin American food landscape and our relationship with it.
The invitation is to share the diversity of expressions linked to food that characterizes us as a country and as a Latin American region. The Meeting considers talks, samples, experiences, discussions, and other modes of transfers and exchange of ideas and contents.
It is intended to connect a wide spectrum of people: students, professionals, entrepreneurs, decision makers and any individual with an interest in our relationship with food / food and willing to create a critical discussion around its meaning, scope and actions.
