The WonderGround DRS 2006 Conference was held in Lisbon 1-4 November 2006 and hosted by IADE 'The Creative University' (The Instituto de Artes Visuais, Design e Marketing).
The 3rd biennial conference of the Design Research Society was held in beautiful Lisbon in some stunning locations including the Palacio Pombal and the Sociedade de Geografia. The theme of the conference was 'Designing interdisciplinary discourse, conspiring for design leadership'.
The conference invited full papers of 5000-6000 words, working papers of 2000 words and contributions of the research exhibition. The conference was co-chaired by Eduardo Corte-Real, Ken Friedman, and Terence Love with Chris Rust as chair of the research exhibition and Charles Burnette as chair of the scientific committee.
