DRS 2010 Montreal

The proceedings of the DRS 2010 conference in Montreal were provided by the Montreal conference organizers to delegates as navigable pdf files on CDROM. The form of navigable pdfs that were supplied to delegates do not work online.

The delegate CDROM files have been uploaded to the DRS website as a temporary solution while awaiting a web-navigable version from Montreal.

To use the CDROM version:

Download the main file, Proceedings-DRS2010.pdf and the PDF directory of papers (200Mb) at:
http://www.designresearchsociety.org/docs-procs/DRS2010/
Put the PDF directory and the Proceedings-DRS2010.pdf file in the same directory on your computer (or copy them to a CDROM/DVD).

Open Proceedings-DRS2010.pdf and it will enable you to navigate through the papers.

Design and Complexity DRS 2010

The 2010 Design Research Society (DRS) international conference Design & Complexity was held July 7-9, 2010 in Montreal (Quebec), Canada, at the School of Industrial Design, Université de Montréal.

WonderGround DRS 2006

The WonderGround DRS 2006 Conference was held in Lisbon 1-4 November 2006 and hosted by IADE 'The Creative University' (The Instituto de Artes Visuais, Design e Marketing).

6th Asian Design Conference

The 6th Asian Design International Conference " Integration of Knowledge, Kansei, and Industrial Power " was held in Tsukuba, Japan in October 2003. The organizing committee of 6th ADC included Science Council of Japan, Japanese Society for the Science of Design and Japan Society of Kansei Engineering. The conference was held in parallel with the 3rd symposium Doctoral Education in Design supported by the Design Research Society. Furthermore, it cooperates with VISUALOGUE of Japan Graphic Designers Association Inc./JAGDA sponsorship.

Undisciplined! DRS2008

Undisciplined! Proceedings of the Design Research Society Conference 2008, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield, UK.

The 4th biennial conference of the Design Research Society was held in Sheffield UK from 16th to 19th July, 2008. The title of the conference was Undisciplined! and it brought together over 150 delegates from across the world involved in design research. The conference provided an opportunity for researchers to tell us about new inquiries and interesting contributions to our knowledge and understanding.

DED3 Tsukuba

The third Doctoral Education in Design conference (DED3) was held Oct 14-17th 2003 in Tsukuba, Japan alongside the 6th Asian Design conference. Proceedings of DED3 can be found by clicking the menu item to the left.
